Pro West was excellent. My furnace gave out last night. I called Pro West the next morning.. and Sam was at the house by 11am. He diagnosed the problems quickly and was back with the correct parts within 2 hours. An hour later back at my house and we had heat again as Sam fixed the furnace quickly.. thanks for a great team effort. I will definitely tell people about your great work.

Reasonable, prompt, and unlike a few others, no 1 week wait. Professional, tidy, no lies, no up sales, very quick execution on a Lennox Furnace requiring a new circuit board. No puffery, just delivery.

Had a problem with my boiler, and within 24 hours Pro West had a technician on site and problem resolved. The service person Sean, was top notch, very competent, got the work done quickly, and the charge was very reasonable. I will be calling Pro West for all future heating problems!

Sean was fantastic. Very professional and mannerism. Nice to see a polite and respectful technician who not only provided the service maintainence on our tankless water on demand service, but flushed out radiant floor heating lines when I mentioned possible areas of the floor that didnt seem to have heat. We were able to pay office via credit card after the work was performed and paid the quoted price. No extra charges. Excellent customer service! Someone actually answers the phone on the 24 hour service rather than it going to voicemail. I appreciated that at 1 AM. Very happy to have my hot water tank replaced on a Sunday before I head back into work on Monday.

I was very happy they could even see me at this time of year. My ac died yesterday. They were able to come today. Sean was even early, very quickly diagnosed and repaired the problem. He was also very knowledgeable, answering questions about potential furnace replacement I will be needing soon. Very happy with the service I received and would recommend.

Two years ago almost to the day, during the Sumas flood, our old heat pump quit. I called many service places and was told nobody could come for at least a week for a service call. I left a message at Pro West and Sean Beyad returned my call. He showed up Monday and said the fan unit was in need of replacement; he had one in stock and we were up and running the next day. That is why we never hesitated to call Sean again when it finally gave up the ghost. He recommended a Trane unit and it was here the next day, and functioning by dinner time. Sean is the best.
